Air Fryer Potatoes & Chorizo

Ingredients


  • 4 Chorizo sausage, cut into rounds 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4" pieces 1 container FRESH IS BEST SALSA 2 tsp FRESH IS BEST TACO SEASONING 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 onion, diced garnish with queso fresco and avocado slices

Directions

  1. Heat air fryer to 400F.

  2. Combine potatoes with Fresh is Best taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.

  3. Add potatoes to the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, toss the potatoes and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Cook till crispy.

  4. In a pan, cook chorizo on medium heat. Remove chorizo save the grease to cook the onions.

  5. Fry the onions. Add Fresh is Best salsa and stir. Add the cooked chorizo back into the pan and mix.

  6. Plate the potatoes and top with chorizo mixture. Garnish with queso fresco and avocado slice
